House rules

Welcome to Jožekova hiža! You are on private property, and we hope you will treat it as your own. We expect you to follow these house rules:

1. Leave the property in the condition you found it upon arrival.
2. Handle interior and exterior amenities with care.
3. Leave everything tidy and clean for the next guests.
4. Furniture may only be used for its intended purpose, and if rearranged, everything must be returned to its original position on departure.
5. Do not change the settings of technical devices; be sure to read the instructions before use.
6. Smoking is prohibited in the house.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, so please be considerate of neighbors during this time. Avoid loud music and other noise.
9. Do not leave trash on the property; dispose of it in the provided bins.
10. The number of guests must not be exceeded.
11. Be sure to inform the owner if any inventory is damaged. The guest is responsible for any damage that occurs during the stay. In case of personal injury, contact your insurance company. The owner is not liable but will gladly provide advisory assistance.
12. On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation no later than 11:00 AM.
